½” high. Weapon; Wedge is 24” wide and 18” long. 338.5 LBS ARMOR; ½” Thick 6061 Aluminum, and ¾” & ½” Thick
Polycarbonate. DRIVE; Two E-TEK Motors. Two 4QD Motor Controllers, All
axles, sprockets, sprocket hubs, bearing flanges, wheels, and wheel hubs are all custom
made from 6061 aluminum. Each wheel has a separate drive to insure maximum continuous
drive at all times. Wheels are non inflatable, filled with foam to prevent flats during
combat. WEAPONS; Lifting Wedge powered by four S-150 Magmotor’s 3 ½ horsepower
each. Gear ratio 243:1. Wedge will work inverted with automated sensor to detect floor and
wedge position. Rear Weapon; Spike’s Two 2” Dia. X 3” long titanium. POWER: Four, 12volt 17 amp/hour Gel cells, in series 48 volts. SHOVELHEAD; The most powerful pushing wedge robot in the robot combat circuit
